We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders - no minimum purchase required!

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Total Time: Please allow 9-14 business days from order placement to delivery

Shipping Locations
We ship to all countries worldwide. If you're in a remote location, delivery may take slightly longer than our standard 8-12 business days.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order ships

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local postal service first

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
